The Cherry Creek neighborhood was developed in the late 1960’s and contains a variety of affordable homes that were built into the 1990’s. Located within South Austin, between Brodie Ln and Manchaca Rd, Cherry Creek is a popular and modest neighborhood that features many ranch-style homes for sale and remodeled units that offer great value. Most of the homes are between 1,000 and 2,500 square feet in size and were built on medium-sized lots from an eighth to a quarter acre. Prices are usually between $180,000 and $350,000. Investors will find that Cherry Creek homes come in a variety of conditions based on when they were built between the 1960’s and 1990’s.
